We’ve had an excellent experience using Rippling for payroll and workforce management. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and streamlined, making payroll processing simple and stress-free. What stands out most is how seamlessly Rippling integrates payroll, benefits, onboarding, time tracking, and HR functions all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The platform is powerful and highly customizable, but setting up workflows, permissions, and automations was overwhelming initially for someone without experience. However, the few challenges I faced on the first setup attempt were immediately resolved by attentive staff who walked me through the process.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation features save our team a tremendous amount of time, reduce administrative burden, and help minimize errors. Employee onboarding has become significantly smoother, and the system’s reporting capabilities provide valuable insights for managing business operations effectively.

Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever questions arise. Rippling has helped modernize and simplify our business processes, allowing us to focus more on serving our clients rather than managing paperwork and administrative tasks.

The platform has improved workflow efficiency by reducing the need for multiple systems and minimizing manual follow ups for routine processes. I also appreciate how smoothly Rippling supports coordination between HR, IT, and employees, especially during onboarding and operational activities. Another valuable benefit is the automation capability, which helps reduce repetitive administrative work and improves overall productivity. The interface is clean and user friendly, making it convenient to quickly find important information and complete tasks efficiently. Overall, Rippling provides a professional and streamlined experience that improves communication, operational management, and employee convenience across the organization.

I do not have any major concerns about Rippling, as the platform is generally well organized, efficient, and user friendly. One area that could be improved is the onboarding experience for new or first time users. Some features and settings may take time to fully understand initially, especially for users unfamiliar with the platform. Providing more in platform guidance, tutorials, or step by step walkthroughs would help users navigate features more confidently and improve the overall learning experience.

Rippling has improved this process by centralizing functions such as payroll, leave management, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee information into a single platform. This has made day to day operations more organized, efficient, and easier to manage for both employees and HR teams. The platform helps reduce manual administrative work, improves accessibility to important information, and saves time by simplifying routine processes. It has also improved communication and coordination between employees, HR, and other departments by creating a smoother workflow experience. From an employee perspective, tasks can now be completed more quickly and conveniently without lengthy follow ups or navigating across different systems. Overall, Rippling has helped improve operational efficiency, productivity, and the overall employee experience within the organization.

What I like best about Rippling is how organized and efficient the platform is. It makes recruiting, onboarding, approvals, and employee management much easier to manage in one place.

I also appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how it helps teams move quickly during hiring and operational growth. The workflows are smooth, collaborative, and save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

One downside is that some workflows and approvals can sometimes feel difficult to track when multiple departments are involved. It can occasionally create confusion regarding ownership or next steps.

However overall, the platform is very efficient and continues to improve collaboration and organization across teams.

Rippling is helping simplify and centralize many HR and operational processes that would normally require multiple systems and manual follow-ups. It improves efficiency with recruiting, onboarding, approvals, position management, and employee organization.

Rippling makes a lot of day-to-day work easier by keeping everything in one place. I really like how smooth the platform feels for managing HR, payroll, and employee information without switching between multiple tools. The automation features save a lot of manual effort, and the UI is clean and simple to understand even for new users. It also helps a lot with onboarding and managing employees quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes Rippling feels a little confusing because there are too many options and settings inside the platform. Few things take time to understand properly in the beginning. Also, support response can be slow at times when there is an urgent issue. Apart from that, pricing feels a bit expensive if you are using multiple features together.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is helping solve the problem of managing multiple HR and employee tasks in different tools. Everything like payroll, attendance, onboarding, employee data, and device management is available in one place, which saves a lot of time and manual work. It has made daily operations much smoother and more organized for us. Automation features also reduce errors and help the team focus more on important work instead of repetitive tasks.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like how Rippling allows me to track my payment status and provides clarity on which team I am under. It's helpful to see when my payment has been processed and how long it will take to reflect in my main bank account. The ability to easily download payslips is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Honestly, the MFA for logging into Rippling is troublesome, especially the Google Authenticator one when logging in. It disrupts my login procedure and does not let me stay logged in on my primary and secondary devices. It needs to be changed and made more user-friendly. Also, initially, the setup was very easy, but later on, when I lost my authenticator downloadable code, I had to reach out to the admin for that. That is troublesome. We need some super easy re-login procedure.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to track my hierarchy and payments, and it helps solve my problem of tracking payments and applying for leave. It also shows which team I work under and processes my payments efficiently.

Additionally, navigating the initial AI chatbot for customer support can be highly frustrating, occasionally resulting in unexpected resolution delays for technical or specific payroll issues. Finally, the system can suffer from occasional slow loading times during peak payroll cycles, and the massive density of its interconnected features can make the interface feel overwhelming for smaller teams.

major problem Rippling solves is onboarding inefficiency. Previously, onboarding a new employee required coordination between HR, IT, finance, and managers. HR would collect employee information, IT would manually create accounts in Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, and other tools, payroll would enter data separately, and managers would follow up on equipment and permissions. The process could take hours or even days.
