Our team uses the app version everyday and it is very simple and implementation and integration are easy to teach to new employees. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Some would see this as a positive thing. Rippling is constantly sending out bug fixes and updates for the app and key features. This can get annoying when being asked to install a new version or a fix often. **What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problems that Rippling solves for me and my team is communication and tracking around time and attendance and PTO. The app version allows everyone to clock in and track time throughout the week. The app updates all the time so it can be reviewed throughout the week. The app also makes PTO requests very simple by allowing employees to enter requests and then send to their manager for approval. No need for paper forms or a separate system or calendar for tracking. Looks elsewhere if you plan on leveraging that. - Lack of integrations with lots of tools with big names names such as Google Workspace not having the ability to change OU's for users or add them to specific groups based off of roles (RBAC) - MDM will not get you based ISO/SOC. It does the bare minimum (fine if you're 0-50 users). Better off leveraging Apple essentials > Rippling MDM fwiw - Redo the workflows studio as it doesn't integrate anything other than internal Rippling stuff. It's useless for I.T personnel. Wish it was a plan limitation, but it's a "feature". There are plenty of other better HRIS systems out there that your security, I.T and legal teams would appreciate using. Additionally, our MDM solution offers a wide range of functionality including, but not limited to, enforcing password policies, encryption, OS system updates, EDR deployment, and more. It is just a little confusing when you try to schedule custom hours over several days and you have to choose how many hours to put in "starting at" and "ending at". Basically Rippling automates a lot of repetitive tasks, gives us a lot of insights to our teams via reports, and helps with user provisioning. After adding several integrations into Rippling, we've saved a lot of time for the IT department. For example when a new employee is added to Rippling, based on the provisioning rules setup they will be added to Google Workspace (with appropriate groups), Slack (including groups and being added to an onboarding channel), and our IT ticketing system Siit. Some automations are fired off to remind IT team to send out laptops and begin configuring any other accounts. ### 35.
