What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like that Rippling offers a wide range of solutions that are seamlessly integrated into one platform, making it easier to manage different processes in one place.

I particularly enjoy using the Recruiting app, as it's intuitive, user-friendly, and makes managing the hiring process much easier.

The Dashboard feature is another great tool, as it provides valuable insights and a clear overview of our processes, helping me stay organized, make informed decisions, and optimize my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

While I appreciate the wide range of data and reporting options Rippling offers, I think the reporting features could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Sometimes, finding and pulling the specific data I need isn't as straightforward as it could be. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling helps streamline our HR processes by integrating recruiting, onboarding, and employee data management into one platform. Having all recruiting information centralized in one place makes it easier to track candidates, manage hiring activities, and transition new hires into onboarding.

It also provides better visibility into the status of ongoing processes and makes accessing and analyzing data more efficient. Overall, its user-friendly interface and integrated tools help me stay organized, save time, and simplify my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
