What do you like best about Rippling?

The platform makes tasks easier such as onboarding, payroll, benefits management, and device provisioning seamless. The interface is intuitive, and the automation capabilities reduce repetitive work. The Integration helps in automating and managing the login and time off. While there can be a learning curve when exploring advanced functionalities, the overall user experience is efficient and reliable. What do you dislike about Rippling?

It is more Employer - Dependent, as more features are disabled for employees and the company determines which policies should be shown and how approvals work. Also, if there was a discrepancy in the payroll it becomes hectic as the employees need HR or Payroll support to resolve it. It has more features that are complicated for newcomers and takes time even for the veteran employees to Navigate. Occasional slow loading and syncing problems occur. Rippling helps to Solve business problems by Simplifying HR and payroll processes, Centralizing employee information. It helps me as an employee to access the play slips, manage my employee data and efficiently completing the HR requests.
