What do you like best about Rippling?

I love getting notified whenever someone on my team submits a sick day, PTO, or family medical request—basically any type of time-off request. From the notification, I can click the link and approve or decline it right away, which makes the process quick and straightforward. I also really appreciate that it sends reminders when I still need to take action, so nothing slips through the cracks. The layout is functional, and the training I received helped me navigate it for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

There are times when I can’t quickly locate the available balances for my downlines. Also, some changes were made to the timesheet layout. We previously had the option to switch to timecards when running payroll, but that option was removed, and I would have appreciated a notification when it happened. Using the timesheet function before was also a bit challenging, because it wasn’t consistently recording the edits that were made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has a built-in AI option that notifies me when a downline may be at risk for burnout, and it also lets me basically ask any questions. I’ve been exploring this feature to see what I can do with it, and so far I’ve found it very helpful and efficient. It also gives me timely reminders so I can approve time off for my downlines. If I’m not able to take care of it right away, it continues sending reminders to make sure I don’t miss it and that it gets done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
