What do you like best about Rippling?

I love that I can be equipped with employee onboarding, access management, device provisioning and offboarding workflows all from one platform. Automating so my team no longer has to follow-up on mundane requests means I have immediate visibility into the status of everything employee related at any given moment. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The platform offers a lot of configuration options so we needed some time to get workflows configured the way we want. Pricing might also become more difficult to justify as the number of employees and modules you need increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automates processes that involve HR, IT, and engineering Rippling saves everyone from the hassle of coordinating the work themselves. New employee accounts and hardware requests can be initiated through predetermined processes, and offboarding is easier to manage.
