What do you like best about Rippling?

HASSLE-FREE. Rippling has been very useful for my work documents. Best thing about it is I can see my paystubs, my time sheets, my leave balances all in one place. Also, it is very secured so I am confident that my confidential information are safe. User interface is easy to navigate. I was surprised that our request for Certificate of Employment was integrated into Rippling so yes- HASSLE FREE. I don't remember experiencing a down time of the website. I would agree that the company invested on something that is worth every penny. I remember setting up my account was easy peasy, again - HASSLE FREE. Last thing that comes into mind is the new automated dashboard feature which has been my favorite update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Top of mind, there are no major concerns needed to be escalated. But for the purpose of a constructive feedback, I would say I experienced a glitch logging in for like once or twice. I understand that it can happen especially on days where they cannot control everything. But everything can be edited with the approval of my Senior so the changes needed went smoothly. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned, I was amazed that they were able to integrate the releasing of Certificate of Employment through Rippling. I remember our previous process wherein we should request via Google Forms and our HR provides the confidential document via email and would take a few days. But now, its hassle-free -- we don't need to worry about being hacked because our documents are safe with Rippling and it can be provided in a blink of an eye.
