Also, I like how approvals of time off are all handled within the app and I get notified once my manager has approved my time off request. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** As far as I'm concerned and for what I use the app for, (as just an employee I do not use the features available to managers or supervisors) there is nothing of note to dislike. There are some features available for me to use but I just have not yet. But the basics- timekeeping, paystubs, taxes, onboarding and offboarding-- those are all very user friendly. **What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a user only (non-manager) this software actually took the place of another similar software (ADP) and Rippling is much easier to use in my opinion. And more importantly, Rippling has many more features that ADP did not have, like the Org Chart on the homepage, a much more robust Benefits management area, and task notification and tracking to name a few. ### 4.
