What do you like best about Rippling IT?

The biggest advantage is having device management, app provisioning, and employee data in one place. When someone joins or leaves, access to apps and devices can be granted or removed automatically based on their role, which saves a lot of manual work. The admin console is clean, and the integrations with common tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365 were straightforward to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

Some of the advanced workflows and policy rules take time to configure, and the documentation doesn't always cover edge cases. Pricing can add up as you enable more modules. What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling IT replaces a lot of manual, scattered access management. Before, granting or removing app access meant separate requests to different admins and a lot of tracking in spreadsheets. Now employees sign in to their apps through a single login, and access is tied to their role and status, so new hires get what they need on day one and departing employees lose access right away. This cuts onboarding and offboarding time, reduces the security risk of leftover accounts, and gives us one place to see who has access to what.
