What do you like best about Rippling IT?

What I love about Rippling IT is that it consolidates device setup, app access, and inventory tracking into one tool, so I don’t have to jump between different tools to get the full picture. It was very easy and intuitive to begin with. I didn't feel like I needed a big learning curve to figure things out. It runs smoothly, devices sync with very little lag, and everything is tied back to the employee's profile, so if I need to look at someone's devices or access, it's all right there instead of in different systems. What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

While it was easy for me to learn and use day to day, when I tried to get into more advanced things like custom reporting or setting up specific integrations, it has taken more work than I expected. It’s not an unfriendly place for beginners, per se, but some of that deeper customization can feel like it takes some extra technical know-how to get right, if you don’t have a dedicated IT background. Rippling IT solves the problem of device management, app access, and inventory tracking being spread across different tools. “I can bring a lot of these things together in one place instead of hopping around to different systems to get the full picture, and everything is tied to the employee’s profile.
