What do you like best about Ringostat?

We liked that Ringostat specialists first learn about the specifics of business. Only then do they recommend tools that truly work.

For example, they suggested connecting virtual numbers from countries where our clients call us. This reduced the call cost for them. And now we receive more inquiries.

They also recommended call tracking. As a result, we discovered that part of our advertising was simply wasting budget. And not even paying for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ringostat?

The personal cabinet interface is a bit outdated. We expected a more modern design from Ringostat. However, finding reports is not an issue. So this is a minor drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We offer our clients different ways to communicate. They can call us, write in a messenger. Or use the chat on our website. This is convenient for clients, but not for us. We had to switch between different programs. And were afraid of losing a client conversation. Ringostat offered us their Ringostat Smart Phone app. Now we communicate with clients in a single app, without unnecessary switching.
