Recommendations to others considering RingEX:

Look at how your business will use the system and research other apps out there in the market. This is a good app, but needs improvements, and there may be a better app available to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

The conference call/meetings app has been an issue. We have not been able to use it many times, making IT stand in the way of work production Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
