**What do you like best about RingEX?**

The technical support team has been fantastic - easy to get a hold of, provide great support and are always willing to dive in and investigate our issues. The support we have received from the RingCentral team has really been what makes RingCentral stand out above and beyond from other phone providers we have used in the past. 

Beyond the support, the RingCentral features have helped us streamline our call flow, allow us better access to patients with less voicemails to return overall. Can't recommend enough.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

We’ve experienced some connection issues with both incoming and outgoing calls, and we’ve had a hard time getting them resolved.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us not have nearly as many voicemails to return to patients at our clinic, the IVR that we have set up has been incredibly user friendly and has worked perfectly - calls get automatically routed to the right place, the queues have been helpful and beneficial for patients. The voicemail transcription features have been SO helpful for our office, saving time on the back end when recording messages for the team to return. Call recordings have also helped our office from a quality improvement standpoint for staff and we have integrated these recordings into our staff review process.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I like that RingCentral has had the best uptime of all the SaaS solutions we’ve used. That level of reliability is critical for our business because it gives us confidence that we can consistently count on the service. The AI features are also a major plus. Our users can review notes from calls with customers afterward, which helps everyone stay aligned and makes follow-ups much easier.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

What I like least about RingEX is that there should be easier ways to build out and manage subsidiaries. We’d really love the option to split our multiple subsidiaries out within the Admin Portal, so that things like Call Queues, logos, groups, Caller ID, and addresses are simpler to set up, organize, and visualize.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven’t had any dropped calls, and I like having a notetaker. Call routing also works well and sends calls where they need to go.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I like how RingEX integrates with our existing ecosystem. It works seamlessly with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, which means our users can use the apps they are already familiar with and don't have to spend time learning a new application to make a call. Additionally, I appreciate the range of options available to us. The initial setup was pretty seamless.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

We experience a delay when connecting to calls. This may be related to Windows settings but it is difficult to resolve the issue. This isn't unique to RingEX, as other providers have the same issue.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RingEX enables us to make and receive calls, text clients, and provide rich support through familiar apps like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce without needing standalone software. It keeps us accessible for meaningful client interactions, integrates smoothly, and requires no new learning curve.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

What I appreciate most about RingEX is how it seamlessly bridges the gap for international business. It provides a fully functional virtual number with all the essential features—SMS, voicemail, and even fax—that work exactly like a physical line. The AI-powered tools, specifically the automated call recordings and summaries, have been incredibly helpful for staying organized. Beyond the features, the interface is polished and the system reliability is outstanding; I rarely, if ever, encounter downtime or lag. It’s a high-performing tool that offers great value for the price.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

The call forwarding function sometimes didn’t work for some reason; however, I haven’t had any issues with it lately.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a permitting company for motor carriers, we struggled to manually track complex vehicle dimensions and route restrictions that came up during long calls with state agencies and drivers.

We used to have a hard time documenting technical permit details accurately. Now we can rely on RingEX’s AI-generated call summaries and transcripts, which has led to a 100% accuracy rate on our permit applications and a major reduction in costly revisions.

This feature alone saves our team hours of manual note-taking each day, which lets us turn around more permit requests in less time.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I truly appreciate the incredible support from RingEX, which I didn’t expect to be at such a high level. I also value being able to speak with knowledgeable experts whose recommendations genuinely help our team. The integration of RingEX with different programs—CRMs, ERPs, and other platforms—is fantastic; it isn’t just a standalone tool, and it really helps streamline our operations. 

The audio quality during calls is excellent as well. On top of that, the setup was very easy thanks to the thorough training materials, including PDFs and step-by-step guides, which made the transition smooth for our small team. Overall, RingEX is intuitive and very easy to use for both us and our customers, and I rely on it every day for my daily operations.

I was new to me but I was able to adapt to use it very fast.

I use RingEX for smooth integration with different platforms, making operations easy. It offers excellent support and is intuitive and simple for our team to use.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I like that I can use it on my personal phone without needing to get a separate business phone. Setup is straightforward, and it’s easy to use day to day. The call quality is great as well. Pricing is fair for what's included. Support is quick and responsive usually get any issues fixed within an hour. I have not tried the AI or integrations so I cannot speak to that.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

Sometimes the voicemails are marked as unread even though I listened to them, other than that no real complaints

Helped us from only having 1 phone for our whole office to having multiple phones set up with a call system. Completely changed our flows

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I like how RingEX centralizes phone and messaging systems, making it convenient to manage many different phone lines and numbers, as well as messaging. I can log into the admin portal and block unwanted numbers, set up new users easily when they join our company, and see how many calls our employees make in a given time period. The initial setup was very easy. I like to use the analytics to see whether sales reps are actually completing the calls. We've also connected it to Salesforce so that calls are logged immediately. Performance wise we haven't had any issues. Price is fine. We haven't really used the AI features to be able to speak on it.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

Not having everyone on the same version of the system is annoying. We are still waiting for over a month for a confirmation to setup text messaging for a user. The support around reporting wasn't helpful either. Reporting could be better.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RingEX centralizes our phone and messaging system, making it convenient to manage multiple lines and numbers. I can block unwanted numbers, set up new users easily, and track employee call activity. To be honest, it's the same as all other platforms for communication. I wouldn't say its worse or better than others I have used.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to use. RingEx is accessible from a desk phone, a mobile phone, and the computer app, which lets me adapt it to the way I work. I also really like the AI note-taking feature, since it automatically captures notes for the calls I have. I also had a great experience with customer service. I was able to easily speak with someone on the phone, and they listened to my issues and worked to solve the issue. Since the fix would take a couple of days, they followed up with me through phone and email to check if the issue was fixed.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

As of now, there isn't anything I dislike. RingEX does what it is supposed to, and I usually have no issues.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am an employee and not a business owner, but it gives everyone their individual phone number that they can reliably use for work without having connectivity issues. It also gives them an option to use it on their computer, desk phone, or mobile phone as everyone has their own preference.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I am, in absolute honesty, amazed at the stability of the RingEX call audio quality. As a Growth Marketing Executive, I have been forced to interact with clients/partners out of India time and time again. The calling between countries is excellent now with RingEX, but with all the other services we faced a lot of voice drop out earlier. Plus I can easily switch to the laptop app without dropping calls while calling from a mobile origin. Inside it I don't have to go into 5 different apps for chatting and calling - it's very neat the team messaging part. All the tools are in a single dashboard.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

In the morning, sometimes the desktop app will be slow about loading when starting up my laptop, it gobbles a lot of RAM. Furthermore, there was some confusion and confusion in the beginning about setting up the Customer IVR (call routing menu) for our marketing inbound campaigns. The UI of backend settings somewhat looks old and cumbersome. There's a bit of a learning-bigger to discover the placement of particular call analytics reports.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to RingEX, our marketing team had all kinds of personal numbers or random applications to track client follow-ups which was a huge mess. Now here is RingEX professional and business size with the use of appropriate business numbers. One of our primary challenges is inbound leads generated from our worldwide paid campaigns, and that's where it comes in. It's easy to see which campaigns are generating more phone calls, and we never lose any business that enquiries we miss through not missing calls through the automated routing system. At least myself, 1-2 hours per day in communication management.

**What do you like best about RingEX?**

I really like the brand recognition and the ability to support an international team. That was a big driver for me in making the switch, along with having everything in one place for communication.

**What do you dislike about RingEX?**

The setup and onboarding process was more challenging than expected, and there have been a few workflow areas that feel less intuitive than I’d like. I’ve had to spend more time than anticipated figuring things out.

**What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping centralize communication and bring everything into one place instead of using multiple tools. For me, that supports working with an international team and creates a more streamlined, efficient day-to-day workflow. I can see the value in having a system like this as I continue to build it out and refine how I use it.
