I find the combination of business calls, messaging, and team communications in one platform with RingEX to be really helpful. The desktop application is straightforward to use, and the all calls control allows me to be easily reached on calls when the team is working on technical issues. Certain notification and call routing options require additional clicks to set up. The UI/UX could be more streamlined when changing how you communicate to choose between communication preferences.
