What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX helps me keep track of technical questions, team calls, and project conversations through Mindflaws Academy at Mindflaws. I really enjoy the call summaries, the ability to handle my voicemail, and send messages from one platform. The integrations with Google Workspace help set up my schedules, and the voice call quality is quite reliable. The summary notes generated by AI make it easy for me to follow up on conversations. What do you dislike about RingEX?

The user interface and user experience could be more intuitive since it takes multiple clicks to find certain call and notification settings. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX ensures there are no communication gaps between developers and other teams, by bringing calls, messages, and meetings into a single space. AI call summaries save time when looking through technical calls, calendar integrations make planning easy. Less unnecessary follow-up means our engineers spend more time developing.
