What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX allows me to keep track of business calls, team messages, and meetings without having to open multiple applications. I especially like the various call handling options, which helps in communication across various departments. The mobile app is also a great advantage, allowing me to stay connected and receive operational alerts even when I am on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

It would be more straightforward if the administration interface was a little more intuitive, particularly around setting up call routing or managing employee extensions. Some options are a little tricky to find, and a few more flexible reporting options would be helpful. These are minor gripes, but they'd make communicating daily easier. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX allows me to control calls and text messages by constantly staying on the same page with operational activities. I can make sure the right persons are contacted, Operational updates are more coordinated, and make it easier to have discussions when certain issues need to be addressed.
