What do you like best about RingEX?

The thing that I like most about RingEX is the reliability and ease of use as all three, modes of communication (voice, video, messaging) are incorporated in one single dashboard.. Sound quality is always crystal clear, even if you are using the mobile network. Another good-thing that I really like is the intelligence of the application, in terms of automated meetings, summary and live, transcriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

My primary concern is that-user interface might-sometimes appear cluttered due to the large number of tabs and settings available. Desktop-application tends to use up a lot of RAM space leading to some lag while-multitasking.. Another downside is that the advanced-reporting and analytics functionality is available in the premium plan only, which costs more money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX resolves the problem of fragmented-business communications by integrating phone calls, video conferencing, and team chat into one stable application. Before using RingEX, we had a difficult, time switching between-different applications which-slowed down our communications..The way we benefit from it is that all our communications with clients and internally are done through one application.
