What do you like best about RingEX?

The first and foremost reason for loving RingEX is that it has everything integrated within the same user interface such as voice calling, messaging, and collaboration. The user interface looks quite intuitive and integration with other platforms such as Salesforce makes communication more meaningful in the context of our process of working. It is quite reliable, and it works even when there are several calls at a time. The pricing is quite reasonable considering its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

In my view, the main drawback of this software application lies in its complex features that could take some time to get used to especially during integration or configuration of your process. While the user interface looks intuitive, some settings appear to be hidden deep in the settings panel. Also, it would have been great to have some custom AI options available. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had certain difficulties with managing calls, messaging, and customer interactions via various platforms, which made it difficult to do any follow-ups. With the help of RingEX, we can conduct most of the communication via one single platform and integrate it with other platforms such as Salesforce. We save a lot of time, thus, making it possible for us to conduct follow-ups. The savings in terms of time come out to be about 2-3 hours a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
