What do you like best about RingEX?

We use calls, team messenger and video calls all in one place. RingEX helps us to better manage prospects, to chat about deals within the company and to keep the sellers informed. Mobile app is ideal for us when team members are traveling and working remotely, as it helps us keep in touch and respond to customers' messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Sometimes we find the call settings a little bit confusing when setting different extensions and routing rules for our salespeople. The reporting options also need to have more flexibility when seeing the team calling activity. Call quality sometimes struggles when the network is acting up, which isn't ideal when speaking to a important customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX allows us to communicate with the customer without the risk of using too many different tools. It's easier to coordinate prospect follow-up, discuss potential sales and schedule appointments.
