What do you like best about RingEX?

Having calling, messaging, and short video all in one place has made coordinating social content and campaign work much smoother. I can quickly message a freelancer about an asset, hop on a short call to review a draft, or see who’s available without constantly switching between apps. The call quality has been reliable, and the presence indicators are especially helpful when I need quick feedback before a post goes out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Some of the settings and reporting sections feel more complicated than they need to be for everyday social coordination. I’ve also run into a couple of minor connectivity hiccups in the mobile app. Getting specific groups set up, along with the right routing, took a bit longer than I expected at the beginning. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to bounce between different tools for messaging, calls, and quick reviews, and it often created delays when something needed a fast check or when follow-ups got lost. Having calling, messaging, and video in one place has reduced the context switching and made it much easier to keep our social campaign work moving, with fewer dropped threads along the way.
