What do you like best about RingEX?

Call quality has been consistently solid, and having messaging and presence in the same place makes it much easier to coordinate across regions. When something comes up, I can quickly see who’s available in another region, send a message, or jump on a call without having to switch tools. The mobile app is reliable enough that people stay reachable even when they’re away from their desks, which really helps maintain coverage across different time zones. What do you dislike about RingEX?

Some of the admin and reporting screens feel more complicated than they need to be for day-to-day regional coordination. On the mobile side, we’ve run into a couple of minor connectivity glitches. Also, setting up specific regional call groups or routing took longer than I expected at the beginning. The AI features are there, but for pure ops work I don’t find myself using them much. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to bounce between a separate phone system, Slack, and email for most of our regional coordination, and it often created delays. When we needed to reach someone quickly, or when follow-ups got lost between tools, it was easy for things to stall. Having calling, messaging, and presence in one place has reduced the back-and-forth and made it much easier to keep regional operational communication moving, with fewer dropped threads and less time spent tracking down context.
