What’s genuinely changed my day-to-day is that I’ve finally stopped losing track of conversations. A client might message me on Instagram about changing a logo colour, and then an hour later call the number we gave them with a few more notes. Before, I’d end up scrolling through screenshots and old messages, trying to remember what we’d already agreed on. Now the whole thread stays in one place, so I can pick up right where we left off without second-guessing myself.
I also rely on the mobile app a lot because I’m rarely at a desk. Most quick replies and short calls happen while I’m on the bus or waiting to head into a client meeting. Call quality has been decent overall, even when the network is only average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting still feels pretty basic. I can see how many calls I took and the average response time, but if I want anything more useful about Instagram or WhatsApp engagement, I still have to open those apps and check separately. The desktop app also gets a bit sluggish when I have four or five chats open at the same time. On top of that, the add-on for improved WhatsApp templates felt expensive for the size of our team.
