Call quality has been consistently solid, and having messaging built right into the phone experience makes follow-ups much easier. When I’m working with a client or a freelancer, I can quickly see who’s available, send a short message, or jump on a call without having to switch between apps. The mobile app has been reliable enough that I can stay reachable even when I’m away from my desk, and the basic call history is useful for picking up a conversation later without losing track. Some of the settings and reporting screens feel more complicated than they need to be for everyday sales and service work. We’ve also run into a couple of minor glitches with the mobile app staying connected, and getting specific call groups or routing set up took a bit longer than I expected at the beginning. The AI features are available, but I don’t really rely on them much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
