What do you like best about RingEX?

What I like best about RingEX is that it keeps all our communication in one easy-to-use place. It’s simple to use and it works well with Salesforce, so our calls stay connected to our work. Performance has been good even with a lot of calls, and the price is fair compared to other options. The AI features like call summaries also save us time and effort. What do you dislike about RingEX?

Some advanced features like integrations and workflow customization take time to learn and a few settings are hard to find. I’d also like more flexibility with the AI features and call insights. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RingEX we used different tools for calls, messages, and customer chats and it was hard to manage. Now we handle most of our communication in one place and it connects with Salesforce.
