"All-in-One Calling and Meetings with Stable Salesforce Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about RingEX?

The first major advantage is that voice calling, group messages, and meetings are all integrated within one application. The desktop interface is sleek and fast, which helps us save a lot of time switching between various tabs. The integration of our salesforce is stable as the system makes records of all calls made and received together with notes and timestamp directly to the contacts without missing any information. The voice quality and connections have proven to be stable even for several consecutive calls when it’s the busiest hour of the day. And the AI call summary is definitely another great time-saving feature because the system automatically takes action points from the discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The admin interface tends to be a little cluttered if you need to set up certain routing algorithms, call queues, or permission levels. It is not that easy to find the necessary settings because they might be buried quite a few levels down rather than all gathered on one single dashboard. The AI transcribing tool, although helpful for regular chats, sometimes fails to cope with some technical terms or industry acronyms; thus, you have to check the transcripts manually. Also, while the basic package is quite affordable, the cost of using other features will soon rise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
