"Reliable All-in-One Telephony with Seamless Salesforce Sync and Clear Call Quality"
4/5
What do you like best about RingEX?

That which has been most helpful for our day-to-day tasks is the combination of cloud telephony, internal messaging, and team sync all integrated in one app, rather than having to toggle between different tabs. The desktop app is reliable, easy to understand, and required little-to-no training time from our side.

The integration that we have set up with Salesforce runs well—incoming and outgoing calls, along with basic interaction data, are synced seamlessly and no entries are dropped in the process. Call quality is crystal clear even at busy times. Another great thing is the call recap functionality using artificial intelligence. It helps identify critical points of the discussion in a flash. What do you dislike about RingEX?

The back-end can be a little tricky. You have to dive into the submenus many levels deep in order to change the configuration for call queues, ring groups, or routing permissions of particular users instead of having all that information at your disposal on a dedicated settings panel.

Another problem with RingEX is that the automated transcription sometimes fails to recognize technical abbreviations and acronyms used in conversation. Thus, you always have to manually verify everything before sending your notes to the outside world. Finally, although regular licenses are reasonably priced, it becomes very expensive when you add premium modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
