What do you like best about RingEX?

The thing I like most about RingEX is the fact that calling, messaging and collaboration can be done from within one simple and intuitive interface. With integrations with such apps like Salesforce, the application allows us to have our communications integrated with our workflow. The performance has been great with frequent calls and prices are acceptable for the set of. The features provided. The setup and onboarding have been done smoothly, and I also appreciate the AI capabilities like call insights etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

As far as drawbacks are concerned, one thing that I am not very fond of is the fact that the high-end features sometimes require a bit of understanding, particularly when it comes to integration or when trying to customize workflows. Overall, the interface is quite good, but there are certain settings which are not very easily accessible. When it comes to pricing, there are no issues regarding it except the fact that costs can increase as you start adding more users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to RingEX, we had difficulty managing communication, messages, calls, and customer communication via various channels and platforms. Now, we can manage the majority of our communication via RingEX, connecting it to other platforms such as Salesforce. This has significantly cut down on time and effort spent managing our communication. As far as our team is concerned, RingEX saves us about 2-3 hours a week in managing communications, along with other features such as All Insights and AI summaries that help save manual note taking.
