What do you like best about RingEX?

The aspect of RingEX that I like best is that calling, messaging, and collaboration are brought together in one user-friendly interface. The integration of the platform into Salesforce makes communication more streamlined and part of our process. Its performance is good even with many calls and the price is fair for what is offered. The AI functionality such as call summaries and insights reduces some of the manual tasks that have to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Well, the one thing that I dislike about RingEX is that it may take a bit of effort to figure out how to use the more sophisticated features when it comes to integrations and customization. The user interface itself is clear but a couple of settings might be hidden away and should be easier to access. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX solved the issue of managing communication between various tools for us, which made follow-ups difficult. With RingEX, we can manage most of the communication through one application and integrate it with Salesforce or any other tool. This has led to saving time by not having to switch applications. As far as the team is concerned, 2-3 hours are saved weekly in managing communication, while all insights and AI summary make note-taking less necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
