What do you like best about RingEX?

What i like most about RingEX is that it brings calling, messaging and collaboration into one clean, easy to use interface. The UI feels intuitive and integrations with tools like Salesforce make it easier to keep communication connected to our workflow. Performance has been reliable, even with frequent calls and the overall pricing feels reasonable for. The features included. Setup and onboarding were straightforward with helpful support when needed. I also like the AI features for things like call summaries and insights, which reduce manual follow up work. What do you dislike about RingEX?

The main downside for me is that some of the advanced features can take a little time to understand, especially when setting up integrations or customising workflows. The UI is generally clean but a few settings feel buried and could be easier to find. I’d also like to see more flexibility in the AI features and more detailed customisation for call insight. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RingEX, we struggled with managing calls, messaging and customer communication across different tools, which made follow-ups harder tp track. With RingEX, we can handle most communication from one platform and connect it with tools like Salesforce. this has reduced the time spent switching between systems and made follow-ups more consistent. For our team, it saves roughly 2-3 hours per week on communication management, while features like all insights and AI summaries also reduce manual note0-taking.
