Our day-to-day process used to involve constantly switching between different calling apps, multiple browser tabs, and client interaction sheets. Now, having all incoming voice calls and client interactions condensed into a single screen makes our mornings run much more smoothly. The user interface is clean and well organized, so we don’t have to dig through several screens to find details from previous conversations while we’re speaking with clients. It also connects directly to our main client database and our schedule management tools, automatically pulling up complete client information the moment an incoming call comes in. Even during our hectic month-end rush, when many calls arrive at once, the audio stays clear and crisp, with no dropped voices or a frozen interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Digging into our department’s data analytics and personalized interaction trends has been difficult because the report builder is inflexible and requires multiple manual filters just to pull portfolio data. Setting up a customized workflow hierarchy for our department also wasn’t as smooth as we expected, since the initial technical training relied more on static user manuals than on active, hands-on assistance. On top of that, the automated workflows we use require separate tiers, which pushes costs beyond our estimated budget. A more flexible report builder and a dedicated, hands-on deployment specialist from the beginning could have prevented many of these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
