What I notice most during a typical shift is that voice and digital contacts are all in one place, with some history already available. When a freelancer or client reaches out, I can quickly see earlier interactions and basic account details without having to jump between screens. The AI suggestions sometimes surface similar past tickets or recommended next steps, which genuinely helps with the more common technical questions. Being able to view the queue load in real time also makes it easier to tell when things are starting to back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The agent screen can feel a bit crowded when I’m working more than one channel at the same time. Some of the reporting is clearly designed for supervisors, so pulling up my own basic stats ends up taking more clicks than it should. We’ve also had a few slow moments on the digital side during busy periods, and the knowledge base search isn’t always precise enough when I’m trying to find answers for more specific Upwork technical issues.
