I mostly use RingCX for handling calls and keeping track of previous conversations. I regularly use the call history, interaction notes, and agent dashboard because those are the parts I come back to most often. The call history is especially useful when I need to follow up with someone after a previous conversation. Instead of trying to remember exactly what was discussed, I can look back at the interaction before continuing. I also use the notes to record small details that might matter later. I don't write long notes, usually just a few points that help me remember what needs to happen next. The agent dashboard has also become part of my normal routine. I usually check it when I start using RingCX so I have an idea of what conversations need my attention. At first I was still keeping separate reminders for almost everything, but after using RingCX regularly, I noticed that habit slowly changed. I started trusting the information from previous interactions more and didn't feel the need to write down every small thing somewhere else. Another thing I noticed is that the experience stays fairly consistent when I'm moving between calls, notes, and previous interactions. It took me a little while to get used to where I preferred to look for information, but eventually checking the same areas became a normal part of my routine. The practical benefit for me is that I can return to an earlier conversation without feeling like I have to reconstruct the whole situation from memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main limitation for me is going back through older interactions. When there are many conversations covering similar topics, finding one specific interaction can take some digging, especially when I only remember a small part of what was discussed. I can usually find what I need, but it isn't always as quick as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
