The smooth integration with employee cell phones is good, allowing us to avoid custom hardware while maintaining a professional external appearance for the phone and voicemail system. It provides a real phone number and integrates POTS, email, SMS, fax, and phone services. I appreciate that it allows us to avoid buying and maintaining separate hardware since the system loads as an app on employee phones. Additionally, the desktop integration is also good. **What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?** I think that the app updates frequently which is nice, but sometimes this breaks the permissions on user cell phones. This can make the system flaky. The desktop integration is also good, but the SSO login and updates can make it hard to rely on especially for part-time employees who log in once or twice a week but are not always 'on' the same way.
