Take a real look at an actual Hopin event and have someone who is actually using it as a show organizer show you around. Our work flow as event organizers is unique and not always a straight line and the Hopin process lets me build things over time. The platform is very flexible and I can adapt it to quite a few unique scenarios, and with the great pricing justify even a smaller program to hold their event online in this Covid world. As an event organizer 2020 threw everyone a curve ball. The simple approach was to just cancel the 2020 events and say 'see you in 2021'. We couldn't do that while helping and serving our community. Enterprise cloud technology is fast innovation and enterprise customers are demanding solutions - they can't wait 12 months. We needs a flexible tool and Hopin is that platform. We evaluated 17 platforms and most just didn't solve the need to bring our community together. We have been growing our events in 2020 on Hopin and transforming a local program to become global. Hoping makes it very easy to participate as an attendee, the layout is clean and minimalist with no silly graphics or attempt to "look" live a convention center. Participation on mobile, on a tablet or a desktop device is simple. Every time I showcase the Hopin platform to one of our sponsors they "get it" instantly and appreciate a quality solution.
