What do you like best about RingCentral Events?

I utilize Ring Central Events to host marketing webinars, product demos, and online promotional events here at Poles Magic. The registration pages can be customized with little effort, and the attendee engagement features keep the event interesting. The attendance analytics are helpful in assessing the success of the campaign, and the platform is fairly intuitive while the integrations minimize manual work. What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?

There are advanced customization options, but it takes some time to find them, and the overall UI/UX can be a bit confusing. Pricing may also be a little pricey for teams who are running a lot of events. AI summaries sometimes miss audience questions. Support response times and integrations could be smoother. What problems is RingCentral Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ring Central Events unifies the webinar registration, live interaction, and attendee reporting process. It allows me to measure who's engaging with a campaign, gauge prospect interest, and respond with more targeted follow-up. The high uptime during live events means less interruptions, and by connecting to other apps we are able to cut back on administrative work.
