What do you like best about RingCentral Events?

My duties as a software engineer is to easily build a live engagement metrics to pull into our custom observability dashboards which RingCentral Events helped achieving it.The streaming video architecture remains incredibly stable throughout massive virtual events.When I broadcast live coding sessions or complex technical architecture breakdowns the video latency remains practically non existent.This seamless reliability combined with rich backend hooks makes my life as an engineer infinitely better every single day now. What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?

The official developer documentation lacks clear modern code examples for some complex authentication flows. This missing technical guidance ultimately cost my engineering team several hours of painful trial and error during initial setup. What problems is RingCentral Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

I highly leveraged RingCentral Events the detailed attendee journey analytics to precisely understand which coding tutorials generated the highest concurrent viewer retention metrics. Also, my productivity skyrocketed because the platform essentially runs itself once the initial infrastructure scripts are correctly deployed. We executed our main annual user conference flawlessly without any major technical disasters keeping both the attendees and our internal stakeholders extremely satisfied overall.
