As a solution architect in my project I needed a software that can do live sessions, networking, reporting in one place so I find RingCentral Events best in all these aspects. I like the integration story the most as it connects our CRM and marketing automation tools into existing pipelines without much middleware. Some of the configuration options are buried in menus which is not that obvious. I also found that support quality can depend on the plan chosen and that advanced reporting sometimes needs exports for deeper analysis.
