I appreciate the analytics side of RingCentral Events which is what I end up opening most days after an event. It lets me quickly see peak attendance, how long people stayed, chat volume, and which parts of the session drew the most activity, without having to hunt through different tools. That gives me solid numbers for social reporting instead of guessing based on comments and shares. I also like being able to pull the recordings and turn a few strong moments into short clips or carousels, which has noticeably sped up the post-event content work. Getting the registration pages and the overall look fully on-brand still takes a bit of extra tweaking. Some of the deeper analytics views also feel slightly buried when I’m trying to pull up a specific segment quickly. And pushing highlights directly into our usual social scheduling tools isn’t totally seamless yet, so there’s still a small manual step involved most of the time.
