What do you like best about RingCentral AI Receptionist (AIR)?

this one's a bit funny, I actually run a dental practice and set this up myself, but the moment that really sold me was texting the office number to move my own kid's appointment because I was testing it, and the reply felt natural enough that I forgot for a second I was talking to a bot and not our front desk person. It rescheduled it against our actual Calendly setup instantly, no hold music, no "let me check." The Shopify piece isn't relevant to us obviously, but the SMS support catching texts 24/7 has meant patients messaging at 10pm about tomorrow's appointment actually get an answer instead of it sitting unread till morning. What do you dislike about RingCentral AI Receptionist (AIR)?

The per-minute pricing thing bit us harder than expected honestly. Ran higher call volume one month than usual and the extra-minute charges added up more than I budgeted for, wish that part had been clearer upfront instead of something I figured out from the bill. What problems is RingCentral AI Receptionist (AIR) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Genuinely didn't expect to be impressed by texting my own office's AI receptionist about my own kid's appointment, but here we are. It just worked, no weird back-and-forth, no repeating myself. The pricing surprise on overage minutes is the real gotcha though, worth watching your call volume closely the first couple months so the bill doesn't catch you off guard like it did us.
