What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?

We got a new phone system and could not get our phones to receive or place outgoing calls. We, thankfully, had the most helpful and kind IT tech, he walked us through everything on the phone. It was fairly quick and painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
