What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?

Rightworks Cloud hosting has solved all my problems. The service seems to be up 99.9999% of the time and for that other .0001%, they clearly communicate te issues and expected downtime. Rightworks has many integration of which I only use a few. Their Customer support is AMAZING. For teh few times I have needed customer support, I have dealt with VERY knowledable technicians that communicated very well and solved al my problems quickly. The pricing is very competitive and worht every penny for the piece of mind I get from the service. The User experience is the same as using my apps locally. What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?

What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rightworks solved 3 very important problems. First, I am a small business owner with no IT department. My biggest fear is hackers, virus, and ransomware. I can relax knowing that Rightworks is protecting my company 24 hours a day. Second, the service allows me to work from home, actually anywhere with no friction. I always have access to the things I need with the performance of a desktop. Third, it allows me to share my accounting directly with my accountant streamlining both of our operations.
