I have run by recruiting and consulting company for over 20 years. I have helped hundreds of companies hire thousands of employees. Historically I would have dedicated team members including: sorcerers, screeners, and recruiters. Each would have a limited job function and pass the candidate on to the next. While this was efficient 10 years ago it looks like porcelain buggy when using Rightmatch AI. The user interface, technology, AI is absolutely fantastic. It can take a process that used to take 3-5 hours and condense it into 20 minutes. Their workflow is great. The number one thing I love about working with this startup is how responsive the team is to making sure the needs of the customer are met per if there's a bug they fix it immediately. If there's a better way of doing things from a feedback perspective they'll listen and try and incorporate it.
