Two things stand out to me: First, they are always continuing to improve their product. Every week we get an email announcing a new enhancement or upgrade. Some minor improvements can certainly be made. A few things, when mapping out NUA for a client the software is not flexible when it comes to taxes. The Roth conversion tool is great, but again it falls a little flat on how taxes are paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
