What do you like best about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

The user interface is very clean and easy to use. I particularly like the customizable email templates and dynamic landing pages, which allow us to tailor phishing simulations to our exact needs. What do you dislike about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?
