I like that Ricochet360 is super fast and never gets stuck. It helps me meet my goal by calling all the prospects and I have everything there, like my call history, which helps me a lot in my everyday job. I enjoy using Ricochet360 for tasking, calling my customers, and properly keeping track of the status of every single call. The initial setup was very easy, just required getting my credentials, username, and password, and that’s it. I think it's one of the best applications or CRMs I have used. There are two versions of Ricochet360, and on the new, more colorful version, you cannot see the call history for one specific day. I'd like that to be improved because I need to send my numbers every day and see the exact number I did today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
