"Detailed Call Scoring That Actually Tells You What to Fix"

What do you like best about Ricavi?

Honestly, what I like most is how specific the call scoring is. It doesn’t just tell you “good job” or “needs work,” it actually breaks the call down into things like Engage, Discover, Question Quality, Tonality, Objection Handling, so you can see exactly where things went sideways. On one call it flagged Discover as weak, and that alone told me more than a vague score ever would. The auto-generated call summary is a nice touch too, saves me from having to replay the whole recording just to remember what was actually talked about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ricavi?

I would love to be able to record calls on my mobile and have them flow through to Ricavi Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ricavi solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the main thing it’s solving is the lack of real feedback after a call. Normally you’d finish a call, maybe jot a note, and move on without really knowing what you did well or where you lost the conversation. Ricavi breaks that down for you automatically, scoring the call across specific areas and summarizing what was actually discussed, so you’re not relying on memory or guesswork to improve. It’s saved me the time of having to re-listen to full recordings just to pull out the key points, which on its own has made reviewing calls a lot less of a chore.
