What do you like best about Rhythm?

Strong KPI and performance management tools. It helps bring teams together around each other’s metrics and provides a platform for clear ownership and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rhythm?

We’ve been testing a few different ways to run our priority plans and tasks through Rhythm to improve visibility. So far, the tasking tool works well for keeping milestones on track, but it’s less effective for day-to-day planning or for managing child plans and related tasking. What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralization and clearer alignment around individual performance management. Better visibility and ownership of key performance metrics: we have a lot of data and metrics, but focusing on measuring, tracking, and regularly reviewing the key ones has improved visibility across the entire team. It’s also made it easier to understand how certain KPIs influence other KPIs they roll up into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
