"Visually Intuitive Interface with Reliable Performance"

What do you like best about Rhythm?

That it is visually easy to understand and that the interface is pretty straight-forward. We have not had the opportunity to test the integrations aspect in great detail with our organization, but find that performance is reliable and I have not had concerns with the system crashing, erroring out, etc. I do not know the pricing aspects and my organization did a fair job with onboarding and ensuring we understood the application for the needs we have. As for AI, I have not expanded use on these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rhythm?

I do have some confusion at times in understanding specific goal features, for instance I will often assign my metrics and fill out commentary, only for commentary to not show, causing a re-submission. Often, I will have to "dig in" to the metrics to see prior comments, when I wish the dashboard view showing the "race" by week illustrated these points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?

I really do not have the benefit of knowing this as our organization is utilizing Rhythm in a "slow rollout" where persons are gradually gaining access to features, so I have not been privy to the number of problems or "behind the scenes" issues. I do think integrating the technology with more secondary platforms will only benefit all parties, and am hopeful that this is integrated more fully in the future.
