The overall performance of their easy-to-use cloud infrastructure has been incredible, with steady uptime and lightning-fast video retrieval. From an administrative standpoint, the pricing and ROI are clear and transparent, with no hidden renewal fees or confusing pricing tiers. The console dashboard UI/UX is intuitive, which makes it easy to manage multiple physical locations from a single pane of glass.

Our support and onboarding experience was excellent. The staff helped us get everything configured smoothly, and the system’s automatic detection of hardware or network issues helps ensure we don’t end up with unexpected blind spots. On top of that, the native software integrations with our existing access control systems worked perfectly right out of the box. Although we haven’t used the advanced AI features or facial recognition capabilities yet because there is an additional cost associated with that, the core platform still delivers exceptional value. I honestly don’t have much that I disliked about Rhombus. The main thing I wasn’t a fan of was being forced to use a mobile app on my phone to set up the cameras; I’d prefer the option to activate and configure them from a PC instead.
