What do you like best about Rguroo?

The best thing about this platform is that it offers a straightforward approach, and their structures way to manage multiple goals in parallel, to match every individual objective with our organisational priorities. This is very effective for growing teams. I also like how it brings goal tracking, feedback, and performance evaluation into one place without any complex scenarios. Their interface is clean and easy to navigate, making the adoption smoother across our cross-functional teams, which makes the overall platform performance very effective. What do you dislike about Rguroo?

Though this platform is very functional, it may feel a bit less intuitive when compared to the more advanced performance management tools. In some areas, like reporting and analytics, they would have made it more intuitive and detailed. Also, their integration with their platform's ecosystem, combined with the productivity tools, can be improved in terms of overall usability and scalability. This platform solves the problem of scattered performance tracking and not having clear assigned goals. Instead of managing reviews, KPIs and feedback across multiple tools or even with spreadsheets.
